ContextThe underlying operating approach could not simply be copied into DACH. Regional messaging, European privacy requirements and frontline delivery all needed to work together.
How I approached itI mapped where the existing process could be reused, where regional requirements changed the logic, and where teams needed a different way of working.

ContextTikTok Shop was expanding rapidly across Europe. New markets, product changes and policy decisions had to become usable frontline operations quickly, without rebuilding the operating model from scratch each time.
How I approached itI created a repeatable launch and localisation structure: establish the operating foundation, identify what could be reused, adapt what was market-specific, and translate ongoing change into clear frontline execution.
What I architectedThe operating framework used to translate market launches, product changes and policy decisions into localised frontline processes, training and distributed-team enablement across multiple markets.

The market opportunityBeauty professionals often operate independently across multiple platforms and informal workflows, while clients move between social discovery, direct communication and separate booking experiences. I saw an opportunity to create more structure around that fragmented ecosystem while preserving the independence of the professionals operating within it.
How I approached itI mapped the marketplace from both sides, business and client, to understand where coordination, trust and operational friction break down, then used that to shape the product, operating model and GTM approach.
What I architectedA two-sided marketplace operating model that brings product, commercial, trust and operational decisions into one coherent system rather than treating them as separate workstreams.
Current stageThe core product and operating model are built and are being refined toward launch, giving me a live environment in which to test marketplace, product, operational and GTM decisions.

Things I design to make knowledge usable.

A live system for turning ideas from psychology, neuroscience and behavioural learning into deliberate, repeatable practice.

The ideaMy degree in Psychology gave me the academic foundation, and I have continued learning through lectures across neuroscience, behavioural science, philosophy and related fields. What stood out was the gap between understanding an idea and being able to apply it consistently.
How I approached itI treated that gap as a deliberate-practice problem: what would make reflection, mental models and behavioural ideas easier to revisit and use in real situations?
What I builtA daily practice combining reflection, mental models, structured exercises and a growing reading and glossary library.
EffectCreated a way to move from passive learning to repeated application and refinement.

I sit between the idea and the operating reality.

Across technology, financial services and beauty, I’ve worked inside global organisations, built my own ventures and taken on independent projects.

The environments change, but I repeatedly find myself solving the same kind of problem: taking something new, complex or unclear and creating enough structure around it for people to execute.

I like learning, building systems and moving between strategy and implementation, whether the challenge is a market expansion, an operating model, a marketplace or a new way of organising knowledge.
